Late-Testing Week
There are going to be situations where students will need to take a test during the late-testing week.
A) You want to take 2 tests that are scheduled on the same date and same time = no additional fee charged
B) You want to take 3 tests that are all scheduled on the same date = no additional fee charged
C) There is a serious illness/death/family emergency. Serious illnesses that prevent the student from taking the test will require a doctor's note. = no additional fee charged
D) You have another academic or athletic event planned for the date your AP test is on = $45 per test additional fee.
Please note that you may be charged a $15 unused test fee PLUS the $45 per exam difference that OHS pays for any exams you order but do not take.
AP tests are given the number one priority by the College Board during AP testing week. If you choose to make the non-AP event the priority, you can, but you will be charged an additional $45 per test. If you are unsure if your reason is excused or not by the College Board, please contact Brynn McConnell, AP Coordinator (507-444-8819 or [email protected]).
